Catering Services
The Club provides a full professional catering service, and would be pleased to provide cost estimates for special customized menus, or special dietary requests.
The Club caters all food services. (Guests are permitted to bring their own wedding cakes.)
A guarantee of the number of guests attending is required 72 hours in advance. Billing will be for the number of guests guaranteed, or the number in attendance, whichever is greater.
Bar Services
The club is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages until 11:00 p.m. The following options are available for functions requiring bar service:
• Host Bar – the host is invoiced for all guest beverages served from the bar.
• Cash Bar – guests purchase their own beverages from the bar.
Decorations
All decorating plans are to be approved by the House Manager.
Ceremonies may be held outdoors in the garden. A limited number of sled based chairs may be set up on the lawn. No tents, dance floors, tables or other structures can be erected outside.
Confetti
If any substance such as confetti or rice is thrown inside the clubhouse or on the grounds, there is a cleanup charge.
Payment
A payment equal to 50% of the estimated total cost is to be paid two weeks prior to the wedding date. The balance is to be paid in full the night of the wedding.
Payment is by cheque only. Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
